About this project
The idea
Innovex is a physical innovation center and public-interest education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
Its main purpose is to accelerate innovation in Cambodia by helping young entrepreneurs, founders, technologists, and researchers turn ideas into marketable products and businesses.
Innovex provides the practical support, expertise, infrastructure, and services that allow entrepreneurs to focus on developing and protecting their intellectual property while moving efficiently toward the market. This includes access to engineering and technical expertise, product development support, prototyping and testing facilities, business and entrepreneurship guidance, market validation, mentorship, legal fiscal and intellectual property support, and connections to partners, customers, investors, and industry.
Innovex combines this hands-on innovation support with structured education programs. Its activities include engineering upskilling and reskilling, entrepreneurship training, AI education for both technical and non-technical audiences, startup development, R&D support, and collaboration with universities, companies, and public institutions.
The Center also supports research and innovation programs with Cambodian universities, helping transfer academic knowledge into practical applications and contributing to both academic development and economic growth.
Through its strategic partnership with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and its broader connections with Israeli academia and industry, Innovex provides direct access to expertise, methodologies, and experience developed within one of the world's leading innovation ecosystems.
